Q. Do I need a PayPal account to buy from Web Scents ?
No, a PayPal account is not required to order on-line, we simply
use PayPal to securely process Debit and Credit Cards on-line. Of course, if
you do have a PayPal account, you can also use that to buy from us too.
At Web Scents, we elected to use PayPal to process credit and debit card
payments on our behalf. As a World leader in on-line credit card processing, we
felt it was the most secure way to process payments and protect our customers.
The on-line ordering system is easy as 1-2-3.
Q. Will my Credit Card details be safe ?
None of our customers have reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as
a result of orders made with us. We are so confident about the transaction
security we offer on our site that we back every purchase with a security
guarantee.

will cover your liability up to £25.00 provided that the unauthorised use of
your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases
made at www.webscents.co.uk while
using the PayPal secure server.
A Few Important Notes: this guarantee only applies to credit or debit card
purchases made using Web Scents PayPal secure server. This guarantee covers a
maximum liability of £25.00. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or
debit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting
rules and procedures.
Q. How quickly will my perfume / aftershave be delivered
?
We use Royal Mail to deliver all our items, they are business packaged and
posted the next working day. We can not guarantee delivery dates, but delivery
normally takes 3-5 working days. If you need an item shipping quickly then
please contact us and we will do our best to get
the item to you as soon as possible. Note: For next day / over night delivery
additional charges may apply.
Q. How much will Postage and Packing cost ?
All deliveries are via Royal Mail and are business packaged, UK delivery
charges are as follows:

FREE!! when you buy any number of items totalling £30
Yes, order any number of products (on the same day with the same account
and delivery address) and if the sum total of the items (less postage) is
greater than £30, then we will refund the postage costs! Please Note:

Q. How much will Postage cost to the European Union (EU)
?
All deliveries are via Royal Mail and are business packaged, in addition the UK
delivery charge of £1.99 GBP, there will be an Airmail charge of £1.99 GBP
for all EU orders:
