When ordering from Web Scents on-line, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions:

• You are over the age of 18.
• You are the Credit / Debit Card holder.
• Each order by you is an offer to purchase goods from www.webscents.co.uk on these standard terms.
• In the unlikely event of an item, image, description or price being incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the payment in full, or with your permission amend the order accordingly.
• All items are usually despatched within 24 hours and are delivered using Royal Mail. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days. As we process your order, we will confirm despatch of your goods by e-mail.
• Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us (with prior agreement by emailing us) in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a refund for the price of the item. Please note, postage costs can not be refunded.
